William W. Staats, Jr. - President

Over the past thirteen years, Bill Staats has helped hundreds of companies, including professional firms, advertising agencies, broadcasters, publishers, manufacturers and entrepeneurs to grow their businesses and perform more efficiently overall.  Learn how to maximize the performance of your organization as well as how to target prospects more effectively and avoid "unpaid consulting". 

Bill started his career in marketing with the Hilton Head Company, developing Hilton Head Island, South Carolina before moving into senior level management at WIOQ-FM radio.  He has spent more than 20 years in management and sales participating in recruiting, training and developing "top performers".

Evan Delikouras 

 is a business consultant and trainer on the Peak Performance Plus team, with 12 years of international experience working with Fortune 500 companies. He has worked with hundreds of executives and managers, leading them through business process improvement, strategic planning and team building projects. His clients include L'Oreal, Toyota, General Mills, Wrigley, Air Liquide, GSK, Barilla, and Sony.

Evan helps sales organizations in their quest for high performance by applying the principles of strategic planning to the development of key customers, regions, and channels. The follow through translates into actionable plans through the use of a comprehensive sales development "tool kit". Effective consulting on customer segmentation and market "critical success factors", as well as competitive position comparison and profitability analysis determine the appropriate growth strategies and allocation of resources.

Prior to his consulting career, Evan worked at the European headquarters of Procter and Gamble, followed by a marketing manager assignment for a major food packaging manufacturer. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and has attended MBA courses at the London School of Economics.

 

Joe Speese

Joe Speese, a business consultant on the Peak Performance Plus team, offers an impressive history of improving business operations with successful recruitment of talented employees.  Joe’s extensive experience in sales management has led to the development of a unique recruiting process capable of identifying prospects with proven track records along with discovering those that offer the raw potential for success.  The systematic process yields the recruitment of team members that achieve a customized fit with the characteristics identified as “keys of success” leading to the benefit of higher retention rates of satisfied employees.

Prior to joining Peak Performance, Joe was the President for Acme Hardesty Co (chemical importer/distributor) located in Blue Bell, PA and held previous positions in both Sales and Manufacturing management positions at W.R. Grace and Co. Joe is also a former United States Marine Corps Officer who served in the active duty and reserves for 8 years as an Artillery Officer. He earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and has a B.S. in Education from Lock Haven University.

Joe brings to Peak Performance Plus a highly disciplined approach for creating customized approaches for organizations looking to establish a framework for establishing key performance indicators while achieving sales and operational excellence.

 

 

 

 

Claudia Timbo, Director and Faculty Member

Claudia as the founder and President of Corporate Call Center LLC, a telemarketing firm utilizing an award winning staffing model she created, provides a highly acclaimed resource to Peak Performance Plus and its clients.

Her business acumen in the areas of sales, client management, and organizational development, is evident based on a solid record of driving profitability in her own organization as well her clients. She has held executive positions in various successful ventures with accountability for and accomplishments in operations, revenue generation, management, hiring practices, employee incentives, and relationship building.

Claudia is sought after as a keynote speaker within her industry , as well as in the academic community, on the topic of entrepreneurship and start up ventures, and is a regular contributor to the Peak Performance Plus workshop calendar.

Steve Coscia, Faculty Member

A 20 year veteran of customer service management, Steve is a leading expert in the area of customer service as an author, a columnist, and a personality appearing on CNBC and Fox-TV. He is known for using a mix of interactive training, business examples and personal stories to train, motivate, and inspire customer service professionals.
